What the service does

WYRLO is a reliability layer for RAG systems already in production. You keep your RAG: the WYRLO library sits between your retrieval and your answer.

It reranks passages, blocks prompt injections, checks each answer against its sources, computes a confidence level (certain, probable or uncertain) and says “I don’t know” when the information is missing. A nightly loop adjusts the settings, and a weekly report shows the results.

Account and access

Acceptable use

  • send WYRLO data you are not entitled to process;
  • try to access another organisation’s data or bypass security measures;
  • disrupt the operation of the service;
  • use the service for any unlawful activity.

Your data

Your documents, questions and answers remain yours. WYRLO never stores your documents. Traces are masked and kept for 30 days by default; your organisation can choose 30, 90 or 180 days.

The processing of this data is governed by the data processing agreement and the privacy policy.

What WYRLO guarantees, and what it doesn’t

WYRLO measures how reliable your RAG’s answers are; it does not guarantee that they are correct. The confidence level is an estimate, and decisions based on the answers remain your responsibility.

If WYRLO does not respond in time, the library passes your RAG’s answer through without analysing it [behaviour and timeout TO BE CONFIRMED].
